# Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all DJ bookings, DJ lessons, studio time, and event production services booked through Tropiqué (Robidio Enterprises LLC).

## Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm DJ bookings for weddings, corporate events, and private events. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and is applied toward your total balance.

DJ lessons and studio time (1-hour sessions) are paid in full at the time of booking rather than by deposit.

## Payment

For weddings, corporate events, and private bookings, the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking confirmation.

## Cancellations by You

**DJ bookings (weddings, corporate, private events):**
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

**DJ lessons and studio time:**
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session may be rescheduled at no penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

**Nightlife events:**
- Tickets for Tropiqué nightlife events are sold and managed through DICE. Refunds and cancellations for these events are handled per DICE's policies.

## Cancellations by Tropiqué

If Tropiqué needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

## No-Shows

No-shows for DJ lessons, studio time, or confirmed bookings without prior notice are non-refundable.

## Changes to Bookings

Requests to change the date, time, or scope of a booking should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
