Welcome to Tropiqué (tropique.co), operated by Robidio Enterprises LLC ("Tropiqué," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, booking a service, or attending an event through us, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate information when submitting a booking, lessons request, or contact form.

Bookings and Services

Tropiqué offers DJ booking services, DJ lessons, studio time, and event production services (lighting, sound, equipment, photography/cinema, MC & DJ talent, live music). All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Tropiqué.

Deposit, payment, and cancellation terms for bookings are outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Events and Age Restrictions

Certain Tropiqué events, including recurring nightlife nights, are 21 and over only. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Tropiqué reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not meet this requirement or who violates venue rules.

Photography and Video

By attending a Tropiqué event or venue, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, branding, photos, and video — is the property of Robidio Enterprises LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tropiqué is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or attendance at Tropiqué events, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Attendance at events, lessons, or studio sessions is at your own risk.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as DICE for ticketing or Calendly for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
